you want to commission me? thats amazing! you can contact me either on DISCORD or TWITTER to start a commissionif I don't reply its because im full of commissions at the moment+ INFO + I will need a photo of your character, doesn't need to be a reference sheet, if I can see all the colors and important patterns anything works! ( unless we are working on a custom character )poses and expressions aren't needed unless you want something specific+ PAYMENT + I usually take the payment first when it comes to commissions, If needed, you can pay after the sketch.I only accept PAYPAL and KO-FI If when using PayPal it tells you to convert to euros, don't worry, it's alright, its because im from Spain so it automatically converts :oI will give you my PayPal link/gmail!+PROCESS + once we talked about all the details, when I get started on your commission I will send you a sketch before the final product, you can request changes on the sketch.
communication
I prefer texting on Discord, its way easier for me, my twitter sometimes breaks for some reason and I never get notifications, so Discord its better for meIm okay with asking for updates but please don't do it everyday, this will make me feel stressed and anxiousIf I don't reply please do not panic, im not scamming or anything. Im not good with communicating and I struggle with it, so if I don't reply its probably because I have no updates!! Im trying to fix this problem still qwq
my situation
sometimes I will take longer with some commissions, why?I'm 18, I live with my parents because I'm in a wheelchair, im dependent on them to do everyday activities like getting up from bed, going to the bathroom etc. I have a condition that makes my muscles really really weak and I have no strength basically, I also have reduced mobilty. Currently I need to wear a mask to help me breathe when sleeping.My dad stopped working a few years ago to take care of me and my sister at home, my sister is autistic and she is dependent too, she has the highest grade there is and she is basically non verbal.My mom is the only one working and bringing money so I help at home with the commissions that I get because we aren't doing good financially, because of this sometimes I will take way more commissions than what I can make, so I take longer making them, in the process I take breaks so I don't get art block. As I'm typing this, my mom is currently recovering from a surgery she had so she isnt working, im the only one that makes money at the moment.
time i take on a commission
I don't take that long making them, I usually take around 1-4 hours per piece depending on the commission details, but I do have issues startingyou should receive your commission in around a week or a month. Like I said before, I take a lot of commissions because of my situation so I have a few pending comms.If you commission something like an icon you are def getting it in one or two weeks ^^
refunds
if you didn't receive any updates in 3 months you can request a refund.please DONT request a paypal refund, this might block my account and I will have issued helping my family.Instead, ask me for one and I'll give you updates in when I can send the payment back! If you want art and you don't want what you originally ordered, you can change what you wanted! I will probably do something extra for the issues caused.
